Dr. Cruz is currently a Professor and Founding Chair of the Department of Neurology at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center at El Paso. His expertise is in neurology, stroke neurology and neurocritical care. He is committed to the compassionate and competent care of stroke and critically ill neurological patients with the goal of achieving patient centered outcomes through a team approach to care.
