Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) Plan

Balance between work and family is important. Our competitive paid time off plan offers flexibility for our Associates to have paid time away from the workplace. You can accrue PTO that never expires and have the ability to participate in UMC’s PTO Buyback Program. This option allows you to sell back up to 40 hours of accrued PTO.

PTO Accrual:

• Exempt Associates accrue 8.62 hours per pay period, eligible to use immediately.
• Non-Exempt Associates accrue 7.08 hours per pay period, eligible to use after a 90 day waiting period.
  • Increases with Associate's longevity with the organization.
