This patient portal is an easy and convenient way for you to access your electronic medical records from El Paso County Hospital District.

The portal includes Spanish translation and is accessible to you 24/7, with internet access. If you are experiencing technical issues, please call our Patient Portal Technical number (877) 621-8014. Support is available in English 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week; and in Spanish Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Mountain Time.

In addition to medical records, you can:

  • view your patient information (Personal details, address, contact information, insurance information, personal contacts, and medical contacts)
  • receive notifications
  • manage your medications (Refill/renew medications *UMC Clinic Patients only*; review medications; and set a preferred pharmacy)
  • access logs

Laboratory results, with the exception of sensitive labs, will be available on this portal, as well as results for COVID, radiology, microbiology, vitals, and pathology testing.

We’ve made it easier for you to find your medical history, so you can access information about your allergies, procedures, immunizations, and medications all in one place.

Clinical documents, such as consultation notes, discharge summaries, Continuity of Care (CCD) and Transition of Care (TOC) documents can be viewed on the MyHealthEP portal.

We now offer the ability for you to securely connect some of the SMART health management apps you may use (i.e. fitness trackers, dietary trackers, etc.) to your health record. If you are interested in this opportunity, let us know. Once we receive your request, we will work with the appropriate SMART App vendors to determine if they meet the technical requirements in order to establish a secure connection.
