UMC Women's Health Centers offers a broad range of contraceptive methods, to include: abstinence, natural family planning, condoms, spermicides, oral contraceptive pills, intra-uterine devices and implants.

A counseling session with a Women's Health professional is used to determine what contraceptive method is most effective for a patient's individual needs and preferences.
