Prescription Mail-Order Delivery

University Medical Center of El Paso is now offering local mail-order delivery from our UMC West Pharmacy location! 

This new service is available for qualifying prescriptions Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Order your prescriptions before 11 a.m. for them to arrive within 1-2 business days.

You must have a credit card on file to use service. Cost is $3 per package.

Once you have ordered your prescription, you can receive real-time updates on the status of your order via email or text message! Standard message and data rates may apply.

The following prescriptions do not qualify for this service:

• Refrigerated items
• Controlled substances
• Medications requiring reconstitution (mixing)
• Liquids
• Over-the-Counter products
• Isotretinoin products
• Mailing addresses outside of El Paso
• Prescriptions not written from a UMC qualified clinic
• Bulky items
