UMC makes purchasing a home easier with the CARES H.O.M.E. (Home Ownership Made Easier) Program. Through this program, Associates who have been employed by UMC for one year or more in a full-time position can receive up to $8,000 in down payment and closing cost assistance.

     Samantha Lara’s house in Far East El Paso was purchased with the help of UMC’s CARES Home Program.
