Educational Opportunities and Programs

UMC believes in investing in our Associates and providing the avenues for them to continue learning and expanding their expertise.

We offer courses that prepare our graduate nurses for the critical NCLEX exam. These preparatory courses include clinical expert experience, which allows them to function in an advanced clinical role with responsibilities in the area of clinical care leadership, education, consultation and research.

We also offer tuition reimbursement and an education bank to support and assist our Associates in expanding their knowledge and experience.
