Pension Plan –Texas County & District Retirement System (TCDRS)

UMC's retirement program offers a pension plan for life! Associates contribute 5% and the fund matches at 200% per dollar contributed at the time of the retirement.

Based on IRS compensation limits and after eight years with UMC, you'll be vested. And again, that monthly retirement payment will be for life.

Retirement Age Options:

• Age 60: 8 years of service
• Any Age: 30 or more years of service
• Age Plus: Rule of 75 – age plus years of service equals 75
