Pharmacy RX365 Mobile App

University Medical Center of El Paso now offers prescription refills through the RX365 mobile app.

The app connects you to our various UMC pharmacy locations across town for a more convenient way to stay up-to-date with your medications.

The RX365 mobile app allows you to easily:

• View medications
• Request prescription refills
• Receive status updates
• Chat with pharmacy staff
• Enter insurance information
• Transfer prescriptions from other pharmacies

Steps To Register

• Step 1: Search UMC and select your preferred pharmacy location
• Step 2: Register by entering your first and last name, date of birth and recent prescription number

*If your prescription only contains seven digits, add the corresponding pharmacy number to the beginning:
