Communication is a complex function that involves various skills such as attention, comprehension, speech, memory, and more. When cognitive skills become affected by a brain injury, cognitive speech therapy can help survivors improve their communication and overall cognitive function.

Voice Therapy

Helps individuals with a variety of voice disorders, such as:

  • Vocal Nodules
  • Vocal Fold Paralysis
  • Vocal Fold DYsfunction
  • Laryngectomy/Electrolarynx
  • Tracheostomy/Speaking Valve

 

Swallow Therapy

  • Trained in Beckman Oral Motor Protocol
  • Certified in Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation (available at main clinic)
  • Manual swallowing therapy
