Returning Students

The following is the online orientation presentation for returning students. Please review the UMC Student Orientation and complete the UMC Online Exam.

UMC Student Orientation Exam:

In order to pass you must answer a minimum of 23 questions correctly giving you a passing score of 92%.

Upon passing, print your results and submit them to your faculty.

Your faculty will issue you a Non-Disclosure Agreement to complete and return to faculty. The Non-Disclosure Agreement will be submitted to the Affiliation Program designee, with the required documents packet.

Note: Faculty keep results on file at your Institution. Turn in the completed Non-Disclosure Agreement with the Pre-Clinical Clearance Form.
